Motivation for the Project

How can we learn the students to be active global climate citizens in a democratic Europe?

As we have seen in both COP15 and COP16 our politicians find it very difficult to agree on initiatives to solve our global climate problems.

Not many people today have heard positive news about our global climate …

… and because our politicians have not yet “showed us the way” to solve our global climate issues, we ourselves have to take responsability and learn how to create a global climate awareness among our students. Thereby giving them the knowledge and knowhow to take part in solving our global climate issues.

Hopefully, through this project our students will learn to take responsiblity to find ways to solve one of the biggest global problems in the 21st century; the climate change.
